The Magicard Rio Pro was introduced at the start of 2011 as the replacement for the Magicard Rio 2e and Tango 2e printers. To allow for a smooth transition to the new Rio Pro, we have kept the Rio 2e and Tango 2e in production during the overlap period.

With the vast majority of demand now switched to the new Rio Pro, we will stop production of the Rio 2e and Tango 2e printers by the end of June 2011.
