We are so confident of the quality and robustness of our Professional printers, that we now offer a full three year UltraCoverPlus warranty in North America, the EU, and selected other countries. 

UltraCoverPlus reduces printer downtime by providing a free loan unit until the repaired item has been returned.

We promise to :

• Replace without charge a failed print head.
• Repair without charge a failed printer.
• Provide where necessary a loan unit to replace a printer returned for repair.
• Pay for all shipments to you.

UltraCoverPlus goes beyond helping you out when there is a problem.  It also means access to our skilled team of Support Engineers, who have more than 5 years experience on average in supporting Magicard printers.  They are ready to answer your questions and advise you on getting the best out of your Magicard printer.
